- schedule graphic - $75 includes psd

terms of service

General Terms of Service

  • I am allowed to deny any commission requests.

  • I have the right to share the finished commissioned work and use them as examples in my portfolio unless requested otherwise.

  • Please credit me for the commissioned piece (@charmsuvt)

  • You are not allowed to claim or credit my art as your own.

  • Understand that art takes time! Commissions will take anywhere from 1 weeks - 3 month timeline. If you wish you have your artwork sooner, please contact me regarding rush fees.

  • I have the right to livestream and post WIPS of any commission I receive. I will not name the clients handle. Please let me know beforehand if you want to have a private commission.

Payment Information

  • Payment must be in USD through Paypal only.

  • Payment is upfront- work will not be started unless the invoice is paid.

  • No payment plans available unless stated otherwise.

  • All prices listed are for personal use only, unless stated otherwise.

  • Payments are nonrefundable unless I have not started working on your commission.

  • For commercial work, an extra charge of x1.5 or x2 of the total cost of commission will be required depending on the type of commercial work. For more information please contact me directly through twitter or email - [email protected].

  • Additional charges may be required depending on complexity of a design, another character, or commercial usage fee.

  • If you require the artwork to be finished by a certain deadline, a rush fee may be charged.

Working Process and Delivery

  • Commissions may take anywhere from 1 week - 3 months depending on complexity and time I have available.

  • WIPS will be sent out during the sketch phase, lineart phase, and base coloring phase.

  • Revisions may be requested during the initial sketch phase. You are allowed up to 4 revisions.

  • Minor revisions may be made on the completed artwork if I made a mistake or missed a detail.

  • Any corrections made after the initial phase will require additional payment.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • I have the right to cancel or refund the commission at anytime.

  • I do not allow refunds unless the commission has not been started.

  • If you decide to cancel your commission for uncertain reasons, you will be put on a blacklist/warning list and I will no longer work with you.
